Non-Personalized Items:
We happily accept returns or exchanges of other, non-personalized products. Please be advised that we must be contacted by email within 14 days of receipt. Once you have received confirmation to return the item(s), you will be asked to send the item(s) back to us, in its original condition, and we will refund your purchase, less shipping and handling. Any returns sent to us without prior notification will be rejected. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Please insure your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Custom/Personalized Items:
We do not accept returns for any custom-made and/or personalized gifts. We are not responsible for errors in spelling on the customers' part. Please be certain of the spelling before you make your order; items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
